A terrace with a viewpoint, an unfenced lot, a space of freedom without neighbors, in the heart of nature. 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. On our plot we have 33 gites. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the hilly part of the Tarn and Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. You can make beautiful walks. Rated 5 ears of Gîte de France, a small paradise in a green setting. In Lapenche on an enclosed lot where a river passes, it will seduce you with its nature spirit. Come and relax by the private heated pool or sip a drink on the covered wooden terrace. You can also rest in one of the two master suites,or prepare the meal in the modern kitchen while having the feeling of being in nature thanks to its 4.30 m glass window that opens totally!

Welcome to our charming house located near the historic center of Montpezat de Quercy. Living room with sofa, TV and a large table. Beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. A bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with closets with a shower room. A second bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with storage. The bathroom (walk-in shower) is located in one of the bedrooms. List of products provided: Sheets, towels, coffee, tea, miscellaneous products...

It is beautifully positioned on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, allowing you to enjoy great views on to the valley below and the surrounding hills.
