Beautiful house-room in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, 2 minutes from the Cathedral and 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation is extremely clean and very well renovated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and it's a huge plus! Both terraces are extremely pleasant. And the whole place is very peaceful and private. There are all the amenities on site, especially in the kitchen. There is parking included a few minutes walk away for two cars which is very convenient too. Lanjri was super helpful, he showed us around the house and told us everything we needed to know. There's plenty to do, even chargers! For a large group it was perfect, nothing to say!

We came to discover and enjoy the amusement and animal park of the pal with the family. We had a pleasant stay. The park is 25 minutes away from the property. In addition, the accommodation is close to the shopping area, easy to shop, put on gas, find restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and other shops. The space is impeccable.
