Always a few treats for hospitality as well as a few coffee pods. Always very clean, pleasant apartment with a large window that allows you to have a bright apartment.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

We had a great time at this ideally located accommodation in Auvillar, a stone's throw from the village, which allowed us to do everything on foot during the holidays. The two bedrooms are very spacious, perfect for our family with two small children (7 months and 3 years). The bedding is comfortable, and the welcome was just perfect. Thank you so much for your availability and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this spot! We were warmly greeted when we arrived and they accommodated early check in for us after a long travel day. The spot is in a perfect location and we would definitely stay again :)

We felt right at home, it is very cozy, that there is a pool is great and more if you go with children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and near Carcassone. Fabien was very attentive at all times, any questions answered us super quickly. Very good experience

Alain was very welcoming on arrival and made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed—it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the board games and the raclette machine, which made for some fun and cozy evenings. The location was ideal for visiting nearby tourist sites and enjoying some beautiful walks in the area.

the house allows you to share moments with others in the kitchen, living room, terrace and also allows everyone to have its own privacy. each bedroom has its own private toilet and bathroom. Decorated and tastefully appointed, this house leaves no one indifferent. and as a bonus the jaccuzi on the terrace. go there!
