Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a wooden chalet adjoining. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or between seasons. The chalet is accessible by ski via the Bois de Saule blue slope that connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Many hiking trails can be accessed directly from the cottage. Direct access to the enduro mountain bike track "La 8" which descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m of altitude difference !

Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. Cosy design duplex nearly 40m2

In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!
