After the interior renovation in fall 2020, it can accommodate a total of 9 people in two separate apartments. The fully equipped apartment for up to 4 people in the basement offers you: 1 bedroom (beds can be set up individually or as a double), bathroom, kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed, terrace, as well as washer + dryer.

In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The "Anni" holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Leutasch, nestled in a garden with a resting place on the terrace. The 60 m² accommodation is furnished in a simple country style, has a cosy living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, kitchenette, shower/WC, an anteroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) and thus offers space for 2-3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV.
