Vacation rentals with a patio in Moosach

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

Great apartment, clean and tidy, only a couple of min walk from Pasing S-bahn and the center.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

For Munich, the apartment is probably inexpensive and easy to reach from the train station. Bus stop in front of the house. The apartment is located between 2 S-Bahn stations, each of which can be reached in 12 minutes. However, it only runs every 20 minutes. The apartment on the 3rd floor has a nice view of the green areas between the apartment blocks. It's amazingly cold on the feet. So bring socks. The small kitchen is equipped with the essentials, so we didn't have to go out to eat

Very friendly host and host, fast and uncomplicated arrangements, quiet location, can be reached directly on nature and S-Bahn in 10 minutes. Perfect 👌

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very comfortably furnished. The apartment is quietly located and the nearest S-Bahn station can be reached very quickly on foot. This makes it excellent for Munich - excursions or excursions to the Alps. The terrace is well furnished for evening sounds.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Great place to stay, very convenient for the train to Munich and to the Alps. Another time I would come later in April or early May, which is when boat trips begin and more mountain hiking routes are open. Heike was incredibly responsive and helpful, being just downstairs, and I felt she would help with any situation. The flat is obviously used by the family and so has many useful things such as paper and pencils, sandwich boxes - Heike even offered for my daughter to borrow some hiking boots to try. We loved the patio with the view of the mountains, to eat and to relax, and the comfortable and colourful furnishings.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around.
