Due to the location in the center of Munich, you can experience the Glockenbachviertel, the colorful hustle and bustle at the Viktualienmarkt, the Oktoberfest, as well as Marienplatz up close in just a few minutes on foot.

Large, fully equipped dream house with 8 rooms in a safe and quiet villa area near Munich. Hauptbahnhof (main train station), Oktoberfest, and Munich city centre are 15 minutes away. The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture, and a hot tub. Sauna. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are a 5-minute walk away. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – sauna and whirlpool available for a small surcharge (electricity costs).

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
