Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Authentic mountain. The house is located near the Mont Avic Natural Park and 3 km from the center of Champorcher. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at 1600 meters above sea level; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

It is located 10 minutes from the Pré Saint Didier Thermal Baths, 15 minutes from the Courmayeur ski resorts, the Mont Blanc Skyway and the Arpy Nordic ski slope. The accommodation consists of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.

Small apartment for a lovely stay in Courmayeur

The apartment is bright and cosy. It has been renewed in January and the furniture is made with wood and it is well equipped. The sofa bed is normal size (160 cm x 190 cm) and comfortable. The kitchen is small but you will have a dishwasher and a microwave at your disposal. Wi fi is now available for the guests. Great news !!!!! A new Murphy bed is now available!!!
