Fire pit, outhouse and a seasonal on demand hot water outside shower (Shower not available in Winter). Hiking trails and swimming at Split Rock Falls and Lincoln Pond, grocery store and a few local restaurants within a five mile radius. Approx. 35 miles from Lake Placid. The perfect place to get in touch with nature. Perfect “GLAMPING”.

The cabin is located on a babbling brook which can be enjoyed by its sounds while laying in (2) hammocks that will be available during your stay. Our property is spacious and located only minutes from Lake Champlain along with thousands of acres of State land with marked trails for hiking. Plenty of Parking for two vehicles and a short walk of approx. 50 yards to the cabin.

Beautiful rural location on a 13 acre lot looking out on the NY Adirondack mountains with some lake views and often spectacular sunsets. About 5 minutes to NY Crown point state park and the Champlain Bridge Restaurant, 20 minutes to Middlebury college or Vergennes. 55 minutes to the Burlington Airport. Plenty of restaurants in a 20 minute radius. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 40 min)

Our newly built cozy and relaxing guest cottage is located in New Haven . It has stunning views and gorgeous sunsets!! Located just seven miles from Middlebury ,Vergennes and Bristol . All of which have great shops and restaurants! Close to many local attractions including ,Woodchuck Cider house, Lincoln Peak Vineyard, Ski areas, Hiking , rivers, lakes, restaurants and much more! Our goal was to provide guests with a home away from home! We feel our cottage offers that and much more.

The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/frig. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land. Over time these spectacular views have been created by hard work and devotion to agriculture. We offer this rental for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks. Log house in the Adirondack mountains on dead end road. Very peaceful location on 3 acres and located right on a NYS snowmobile trail. Bring your snowmobiles and leave right from the houses restaurants and breweries are accessible via this trail. Once the weather warms up there is a private pool onsite. Location is within an hour of lake placid and hiking trails everywhere. Amtrak station in town and could coordinate pick up and drop off.
