The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the upper floor, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are travelling with more ask me before!!

It is a very quiet development, which gives the feeling of being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. Ideal place to disconnect two steps from Madrid.
