Cabin vacation rentals in Motala

Stayed for one night in Kathy's nice farmhouse. Everything was smooth with booking and the house was great and everything felt fresh. Great location within walking distance to everything. Kathy responded quickly and everything felt safe. Extra plus for having breakfast at the adjacent hotel. We had a great time and would highly recommend a visit here!

We had a very nice stay. We were looking for peace and nature and we got that. The jacuzzi was delicious! The property is composed of 2 cottages. We mainly used cottage 1. There we could sleep fine with 2 adults and 2 children. The loft is quite high and has a steep staircase. You have to be able to climb well. Our kids (6 and 8) loved it, but I wouldn't recommend it with small children. The cottage is not located directly on the water. You have to walk a little for this, but we didn't mind. Host lives on the property, but we did feel private! You can hike and bike beautifully from the cottage. Very nice area! We have come home fully rested!

Beautiful cabin right next to the lake, very peaceful, perfect for relaxing in sauna or jacuzzi. The house was very clean and inside you have everything you might need. Lynn is an amazing host, very responsive and kind. Can not recommend enough! Hope I can come back someday.

Very nice stay! The accommodation was well suited for a weekend for 6 adults, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, large terrace with hot tub and very nice garden overlooking Lake Lake. Maja was a very good host, easy and quick communication, great tips about the area and walks. We felt very welcome. The surroundings are very close to nature and lovely. Would love to visit again!

Incredibly charming home that matched the description. Fresh decor in the cabin and Sophie was easy to communicate with. In addition, it was a peaceful location with nice views and extra cozy with the horses grazing around the cabin. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant cottage in the middle of the forest! Anders was keen for us to find and enjoy which we did. We couldn't have stayed better during our days in the Julita area. Nice walking paths with the dogs. Everything was to our satisfaction and we appreciated the story we got about the cottage. /Anna with friends.

We were positively surprised immediately upon arrival. The property is surrounded by nature, large and well maintained in a quiet location directly on the lake. The large terrace goes over 2 sides of the house and has a large table and a small cozy sitting area. The house is bright and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the lake through the large windows. We slept very well in the double bed with firm mattresses. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit small. From the boat we caught a pike. There is a fish otter nearby and you can watch ducks and geese. The sauna is small but hot very quickly with little wood. Monica was very friendly, available at all times and very helpful. (She even brought us 2 wheelchair ramps for our son.) Our vacation there was fantastic ! Thank you Monica !!!

An absolutely magical place where basically nothing is missing. Newport towels and linens of the best quality. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely time at Lisette's place. The house is small but has everything you need! The babybad just fitted in the second bedroom. The house was very modern and stylishly decorated. The area was surprisingly beautiful, every day we watched the sunset from the house. There are a lot of activities in the area like Gränna, Dumme Mosse, Hassafall waterfall, Taberg, Mullsjö etc. My toddler loved the chickens and my dog loved the dog cookies. It's a very dog friendly place.

It was an amazing stay. Lena‘s place has everything needed to enjoy some days in the nature and relax. The house is decorated and everything is thought with lot of sensibility, so you have everything which can be needed. There are a lot of walkable paths to relax and close by plenty of natural parks to fish, walk and do picnics or bbq. Lena is an amazing host too, super attentive.

We spent one night in the beautiful cottage on our road trip. It is very quiet and the surrounding area is very nice. The outdoor shower is a real highlight, now I want one too. The dry toilet works well, it just takes a little getting used to but no problem. We'd love to come back and recommend it.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful rural setting. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Clean and cosy. The two dogs made the holiday perfect. They are so cute. The host is friendly and responsive and was very chilled out about us getting our check-out date wrong, sorry Hanna :)

I was allowed to stay at Britt-Louise and her husband's place for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The place is very quiet and the view is priceless, especially in the early morning or at sunset. But the best thing about the time there was the conversations and the warm nature of the hosts, so you immediately felt at home. Britt-Louise's excursion tips are worth its weight in gold! I would love to stay there again at any time.

The stay was fantastic - if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! We felt comfortable right away and could relax really well. Above all, the direct access to the private lake and the possibility to go by rowboat were beautiful. Åke is a great host! We will definitely be coming back!😍
