Monthly Rentals in Mothecombe

We arrived a little later than planned but check in was easy and straightforward. Gregor was very responsive when we encountered an issue. Thank you. A lovely break in a beautiful location.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Little Nook. It is an ideal location for us when visiting the area. The accommodation is perfect for a short stay; clean, tidy and well stocked with everything that you might need. Check in was easy and Christopher was very communicative throughout.

Beautifully presented comfortable cottage. A good location for local shops and easy access to beautiful places on the South Devon coast. A great place to stay.

The Smithy really is a little gem! We stayed here for my mum’s birthday/ retirement celebration, and had the best 4 days that we could have hoped for. The location was perfect, with Mothecombe beach down the road, and Noss Mayo being a particularly spectacular place to visit. Salcombe is also within driving distance. The Smithy was everything we expected (and more). We would definitely consider visiting again in the future. The apartment was lovely, with a nice open space out back for relaxing and bbq’ing.
