The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills.
