I love Maureen and Ben’s little apt s, They are very comfortable and peaceful.. I love the decor🙂 Maureen and Ben provide all you need to accommodate your stay. Their store offers a variety of tasteful coffees and teas,and other healthy, delectable food items. I highly recommend their place.. We will be back to visit.

The stay was clean, private, and spacious. Jill was very responsive and accommodating. The unit is in the basement and it was a little chilly as we stayed in the winter. Although detailed instructions were provided, we arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the entrance. Be prepared to walk through the front yard to reach the gate, where the unpaved path begins to have some pavers. Overall the stay was great and I would stay again

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

I just stayed at cozy cottage for the second time because it's so perfect! there is great backyard for our two dogs. Tracy is so thoughtful and a wonderful hostess!. Will be back again when we're traveling through the area in a few months!
