Monthly Rentals in Mount Washington

As other guests have noted, the location is directly next to a highway, so you will hear constant loud traffic during your stay, which may impact the peacefulness if that is important to you. Also notable is that it is directly next to trails that you can access from the property, which is lovely and ideal for this type of rental. The outhouse mentioned is a port-o-potty. I was a little confused at first because I believe the listing calls it a clean out-house, and then there is a wooden out-house structure right next to the cabin that is not used for going to the bathroom but rather storage; a short walk back near where you park there is a port-o-potty to use for going to the bathroom. It is an ideal rental for simply a place to sleep while checking out the area's trails, etc., so your basic needs are met. Scott was friendly & proactive via email, and the property was clean.

I felt right at home in Meghan and Jason's cozy place in the mountains. Convenient and quiet, it was the perfect space for me to rest and use as a base while at a conference at the Omni and squeezing in a few hikes! Meghan was so friendly and gave me great advice on where to access trails and grab a sandwich. I've stayed at many air bnbs, and while this may seem like a small detail it made a huge difference to me that the plants were real, not sterile plastic. Thank you for that welcoming, human touch :)

We stayed at Betty’s place to go skiing on Mt Washington. It’s the perfect place to launch an adventure in the Presidential Range from, and easy walking distance to our favorite restaurant and brewery, Big Day Brewing.
