Came from Atlanta for a internship in Leeds, his house was the perfect location. Grocery stores nearby, nice trails, 15 mins from downtown. He was very responsive and was attentive to our issues. He thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we’re ever back in bham he will definitely be the place. Thank you again Tim

We were so pleased with this home for a mother/daughter/granddaughter get together and will definitely be booking again! The three bedrooms are great with a wonderful dining space and kitchen and plenty of space for us to enjoy home away from home!

Great location…easy to get to everything. The space was very clean, and the hosts had clearly planned for everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. We could hear some footsteps overhead from time to time, but nothing terrible. Great value!
