Vacation rentals with a patio in Mpatsi

We had a fantastic stay at Nestor’s place! Traveling as a family of four (kids 1&3), we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Theodora kindly met us at the taxi stand and walked us to the apartment. The apartment is spotless and beautifully maintained, with high-quality furnishings and appliances that made our stay extra comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: it’s set in the heart of the old town, just steps away from charming restaurants, shops, and local life. Despite being so central, it felt peaceful and relaxed—perfect for soaking in the island vibe. Our kids absolutely loved the car-free area outside and the incredible collection of toys and books inside. We especially appreciated the private rooftop terrace with a sea view. Communication with Nestor was excellent throughout, and his tips were super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality home in an unbeatable location.

This house, with its huge terraces and breathtaking views is stunningly beautiful — we were all in awe the entire time we were there. Phrases like “this is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been” came from all of us. Alex could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything in the house worked beautifully. We had 10 or 12 people for meals, and the big tables and the kitchen worked like a dream. The beach is so close! It has the most beautiful clear blue water we’ve ever seen, and is excellent for swimming. We even visited Alex’s family’s cafe in Chora and had a very good, healthy meal there. He was full of great suggestions. We hated to leave!

An exceptionally beautiful place in an exceptionally beautiful location! The apartment is both stylishly decorated - all white! - and very well equipped, and not even a minute from Andros castle and the sea. We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights as part of our family holidays in the Cyclades and absolutely loved it. The only minor inconvenience was the relative difficulty in finding a parking space for our rental car (the flipside of the fantastic location at the tip of the peninsula, which is mostly pedestrianised). On arrival, we left the car in a public car park by the cinema, at the other end of the pedestrianised zone, and it took us a good 20-30 minutes to carry our luggage to the apartment. We later found a parking option a little closer, along Paralia Paraporti beach (5-10 mins). The hosts were easy to communicate with and super responsive when we struggled a little to locate the apartment initially. Overall one of our best experiences in the Cyclades so far!

We (family with 4 teenagers) spent a beautiful time at Mario’s Apartment. The communication was perfect, very friendly and prompt. We had a really warm welcoming and a great catering waiting for us. Mario gave us good advices about the surrounding, what helped us to discover the beautiful island. The apartment is very stylish and of a high quality. All the facilities we needed were there and it was very clean when we arrived. Everything is new and seems unused. The surrounding is beautiful, typical rough Tinos landscape and we discovered some nice beaches, did hiking to Pygros what is really recommendable. We felt like home at this beautiful place. Cosy situated well protected against mediterrenian winds! Not far to the charming Platano, easy to find market and superbe bakery. Love this village! Marble, hospitality, lemon, wine - all within close reach.

We were warmly welcomed by Xristina with a pastry. The apartment was tastefully decorated as seen in the photos. If we had any questions, Xristina answered right away. The apartment was clean and had a good shower. A car is recommended on Andros. You could safely park it at Xristina.

We stayed at this Airbb for 4 nights and it was honestly one of the most beautiful trips we've ever had. The house is in the perfect location - tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, but still close to everything. It fit the 5 of us (my girlfriends and I) super comfortably. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning - we spent so many mornings and evenings out there just soaking it in. There's also the sweetest little back patio where you can see the water, and it's the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes to the closest (and popular!) bar. We also did a little day trip to Chora, which was such a dream — only a 40 euro taxi ride away and so worth it. As for the host - she was amazing. So accommodating and genuinely sweet. She made us feel so welcome and was always there if we had a question or needed anything. This place is everything. Would 100% come back!

We stayed for 4 weeks at the villa and had an incredible time. The villa is beautiful, exactly as the photos. Clean, spacious, light and airy with breathtaking views. Relaxing lounge and modern fully equipped kitchen with lovely dining area, stunning outdoor/dining area. Beds were comfortable with lovely fresh linen. Everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Fast wifi if you need to work. One of the best things about the villa is that it is also the hosts own holiday home and it feels like a loved place where you have space to really relax. Vassilis is a fabulous host, always responsive to questions and dealt with the few small things that came up during our stay very quickly and efficiently. The villa is a pleasant walk from the town of Gavrio and we enjoyed strolling down for a coffee most days at El Artisanal Coffee. Andros has unspoilt beaches, excellent hiking. A laid back island for relaxation. We will definitely be back.
