Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

An Unforgettable Stay in Stepantsminda Our stay in Stepantsminda was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to the warm hospitality of our host, Saba, and the charm of his beautiful property. The location was breathtaking, nestled amidst the serene mountains, offering stunning views of the majestic Mount Kazbegi. Saba was an exceptional host, always available and ensuring our comfort at every step. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, sharing insights about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to the star of our stay, Goofy, the sweetest German Shepherd we've ever met! Goofy was incredibly friendly and affectionate, quickly winning over our hearts. Spending time with Goofy was a highlight of our visit—it made the place feel even more like home.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Классное, тихое, стильное место! Есть парковка рядом у дома. Удобная кровать и самое главное очень тепло, так как есть теплый пол! Я обязательно буду возвращаться. Хотел сказать, что было бы круто, если бы в будущем были сковородка, сотейник и соль, фен так и не нашел.

Great place, we loved it. Very convenient location, lots of stores and shops outside. The bed and sofa are both very comfy, and I appreciated a huge kitchen and a dinner table. The balcony is super lovely. Nino is also great at communication. 100% recommend

It’s our second stay at the apartment and it’s wonderful as always. The apartment is in a perfect location. Right in the city center but on a quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. It’s spacious, comfortable, and airy, with incredibly cozy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning! Nina and her father are great people. When Nina was away, her father helped us right away with a small issue, which we really appreciated. Every time we’re staying here we feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s pure comfort. Even for big families with kids. There’s a huge shopping mall nearby and an amazing breakfast place just around the corner called Breakfast Is. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.
