Come experience Memphis in a tree top balcony apartment on the edge of the fun Cooper Young/ Midtown area. You will have the entire 700 sq ft apartment to yourself and free early check in and check out when available. The space is ready for quest both short and long term, with plenty of hangers, cooking utensils and dishes. The apartment has a warm and inviting vibe beckoning to be your home away from home. We are a 10 minute drive to the airport, perfect FedEx crash pad. We are LBGTQ loving!

Pool is seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day. 10am-9pm Pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and routine maintenance. No pets!

Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs midtown apartment. Built in 1966 but beautifully renovated in 2019. Inside you'll find two cozy queen-sized beds in each bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Additionally, we provide a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for accommodating larger families. LIMITED gated parking but safe street parking( in front) options are available as well. Extra screening required for locals before approval.

There's a Walgreens and several small convenient stores to help stock your fridge if you do choose to make use of the full kitchen, but of course you must try Rendezvous BBQ before you leave! There is a coin laundry on-site and also FREE use of an off site gym.

This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.
