Monthly Rentals in Mugginton

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Sunny Hill. Phil and Sarah were very welcoming and gave us some great walking tips. Lovely cottage - a real home from home and lacking nothing! A great little outside space to sit and listen to the birds - it was so peaceful. Fantastic local restaurants. The Indian at the bottom of the hill did a fantastic take away (you can eat in too) - the Railway Lamb curry was to die for! The Palfrey about fifteen minutes walk away was great too - some really different menu choices, great selection of wines and lovely staff. Good local walks straight from the house and of course Chatsworth is not too far away either. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Phil and Sarah's place. Thank you.

Extremely welcoming and was a really relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The coach house has everything you need to make your stay warm and comfortable. Geraldine helped us with things to do in the area and provided us with recommendations, which was great for some of the lovely walks we went on. Very accommodating and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble, and any issues were resolved really quickly. She did everything possible to make our stay as easy as possible given we were in the middle of moving house and had a lot too deal with. Highly recommend a visit to Snelston and the coach house if you are visiting Derbyshire and the Peak District.

Lovely little place, loved being able to walk to the pubs/restaurants. Close to beautiful little villages. Highly recommended 😀

We had a fantastic stay at Emma's cottage. The place is spotlessly clean with everything you would require in the kitchen. The toiletries in the bathroom are a lovely touch. The photos do not do this place justice. Location is great to explore the area. The pub in the village was excellent and did a great dinner for us. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we will happily book again if we return to the area. Thank you so much Emma.
