We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

2 Beds in one large room with a bay view and deck, a luxuriously comfortable queen bed, sofa that can folded into a second bed, and a large soaking tub. A short drive to restaurants, shops, downtown Sausalito, 5 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge, and a block from hiking trails. If there is something that interests you please ask, we grew up here! Studio at Surfers Outlook

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
