Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

A spacious lounge area is furnished with a comfortable gray sofa and a rustic coffee table. A large Smart TV is mounted on the wall, and a bright piece of artwork enhances the decor. Natural light flows in through glass doors leading to an outdoor terrace.

Romantic home a few minutes from the seafront.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

A modern kitchen diner features a black and clear glass dining table surrounded by six leather chairs. The room is equipped with integrated appliances and showcases a stylish chandelier above. Natural light enters through a window, highlighting the light-colored flooring.

Close to the beach, restaurants and castle, my centrally-located house in the much loved village of Mumbles is the perfect place for a family or group getaway! “Tŷ Glas” was my home for 12 years and having now moved nearby, I have renovated the property ready to share it and welcome visitors to the area to enjoy their escape to the Mumbles coast. As a dedicated host, I can’t wait to welcome you to accommodation located only 2 mins walk from Mumbles village and 10 mins from Langland Bay.
