Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

A beautiful, stylish family & dog friendly cottage, complete with parking for 3 cars + in the heart of Mumbles village. Just a few minutes walk to the seafront and all the restaurants, shops, bars & cafes. An independant coffee shop is on the doorstep, 2 welcoming local pubs are also nearby. The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. A fab base if you want to stay local and enjoy Mumbles or GOWER

The Shack- Quirky & Coastal ( nr cliff-top path)

The Shack - a renovated hundred year old chalet on a quiet lane close to Mumbles cricket club, 100 m away from the cliff top path that goes from Limeslade beach to Langland Bay. It is a lovely, beachy, quirky, coastal space that is perfect on the inside and work-in-progress on the outside!! A great base for Mumbles and The Gower. With a kingsize bed covered in base price we can also sleep two others - in the second bedroom -on a comfy pull-out daybed (an extra charge of £ 10 guest/night).

A modernised compact bungalow updated throughout offering comfortable space for a couple or two sharing, there is a smaller second bedroom with sofa bed. There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

Seven night bookings only please in a school summer holidays. Changeover Fridays. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Recently refurbished, this creative, dog friendly space is just a mile away from the renowned surfing beach of Llangennith and closer still to the well known pub -The kings Head. Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

A delightful fisherman’s cottage just off the seafront. It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.
