Alpenchalet Kogel is located on the outskirts of Bad Tölz high above the old town with fantastic views of the city and the Karwendel mountains. It is luxuriously furnished with old wooden roof chair, designer kitchen in black steel, garden sauna, two secluded terraces, fireplace and a mix of high-quality designer furniture and antiques. For children there is a cable car, a trampoline, slide, sandpit, tree house and football pitch as well as in-house Cameroon sheep in summer.

NEW from November 2022: We offer you from November 2022 a private garden sauna with wood stove and panoramic windows with magnificent views of the Ammersee. Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

Hermione vacation home

The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

Small cottage in the countryside (semi-detached house/annex), approx. 70m² and beautiful large wooden veranda. Ideal for couples, singles, club or company trips, spending a few days with friends, but also for families with up to 3 children. Sale: Travelers who come alone can book the ground floor on their own at a savings price. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen area, the beautiful large bathroom and the spacious veranda.

Villa Riedhof apartment

The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. It is divided into its own kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Through the apartment, you have access to the large shared garden as well as to the private terrace. The terrace offers a comfortable seating area and a grill for cozy evenings. Of course, there is also access to the natural pool for the warm summer months.
