The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
