The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.
