A stone's throw from Rialto and San Marco, inside the Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in a magical place where art, modernity and the ancient everyday life of a Venice that is still itself coexist. In the restoration and in the choice of the location, I chose to tell you about my Venice, through paintings, architectures, ancient objects, mixing the use of gold and green, to re-propose the perfect dialogue between the art of the Serenissima and the peace of the canals on which my house overlooks.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. This three-room luxurious apartment (65mq) has just been restored. Elegant, bright and comfortable, the apartment is characterised by a long balcony and consists of a spacious living area, a study room, and a bedroom. Perfect for couples, it is equipped with every comfort, including mosquito nets for windows, air conditioning and a large TV in the room. The unit is silent and located just outside the tourist flow in one of the most fascinating and lively neighbourhoods of Venice: Cannaregio.

The Venier apartment is located in the heart of Murano island, a few steps from the main public transport stops, shops, furnaces, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with two double bedrooms (one with the possibility of separate beds), living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, kitchen furnished with microwave oven, induction hob and kettle. Furthermore, there are two terraces (one with a table). Internet with fiber WiFi.

Casa Lara 2, a canal-front awakening in Venice

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind. The house is equipped with air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi and nearby there are numerous shops, cicchetterie and typical restaurants. According to the provisions to prevent Covid-19 infection, sanitization with ozone treatment is carried out after each stay.

Flower Suite Apartment

Marvelous apartment in Murano, 1 minute walk from the main stop Colonna. The 130 sq. mt apartment overlooks the beautiful canal and is located on the piano nobile of the building. It has a classic Venetian floor and exposed beams and is made up of a large kitchen, an ample and bright living room with a sofa bed, 2 large double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower.

IMPORTANT: The cleaning routine is very thorough and involves sanitizing all surfaces and objects that are normally touched by guests. The apartment is located in a typical and lively area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, still authentic and frequented by Venetians. It's close to both the station and the center. Renovated in 2015, welcoming and comfortable.
