Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. Shops and train station nearby. In Murat itself, a nice little town of character. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR departure) only 10 minutes from the Lioran ski resort, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
