The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a lunch basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese with fruit) + €6 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.

Apartment located on the 1st floor of a small condominium close to the city center for up to 4 people. Perfect for a weekend or vacation in all seasons; the apartment is close to the Therm and pleasant activities such as bowling, restaurants, ice rink. Point ++: The view from the 1st floor is lovely. Additional information: sheets, covers and towels are not provided, you can bring your own or rent them via the Sancy concierge.

There is a lot of hiking.... In winter time a shuttle bus takes you down the slopes of Mont Dore. It has a cellar to store skis,bicycles..... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer.... There is space and very bright.
