The location was perfect - close to Guruvayoor Temple. Praveen was an outstanding host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

We had a fantastic stay at this farmstay with our cat and dog. The property is scenic and spacious, with a beautifully maintained garden and lush greenery. We especially loved spending time on the verandah with the BBQ, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The on-site dogs were incredibly friendly and got along well with our pets. A personal highlight for me was the giant windmill right next door—it added a unique charm to the place, especially when paired with the breathtaking, star-filled night sky as seen from the terrace above. Inside, the stay was just as comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. One thing to note: the TV isn't a smart TV, so if you plan on streaming Netflix or similar, it's worth bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable. Overall, a perfect escape for nature lovers, pet owners, and anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom 4 bathroom bungalow.The location is just perfectly located within a short distance from Thrissur Town Center and fantastically close to the Shoba City Mall. (Walking distance within 15 minutes) There is one Pure Vegetarian restaurant within a stones throw across the street and another Pure Vegetarian Restaurant about 7 minutes walk away. The accomodation (bungalow) has been tasteful built by the owners, to accommodate about 6-8 adults comfortably and it is perfect for a family who is looking for a home away from home during a holiday to Kerala. (Note: please check with the owner first, for accommodation above 6 pax)The entire house is perfect in every way, especially for those who are looking for the modern conveniences such as wifi, smart TV, water heaters, strong water pressure, aircond in all rooms within the house (including the large hall) and not forgetting thejacuzzi. we strong lyrecommend this property to everyone

The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city.
