Very spacious, comfortable, impeccably equipped, excellent 4G network coverage, the house offers everything you need to feel at home. The large fenced garden was a real plus for our two doggies! The views from the house are great wherever you are and the sunsets are beautiful! The many amenities available (raclette, bikes, foosball, chess...) have made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is ideally located for exploring the surroundings: Lac d 'Etival and various hiking departures within 10 minutes of the house, most of the sights only 30 to 45 minutes drive. Janette's place is great. Quiet, with a magical view. The garden is good for the kids. The place lacks nothing, is very beautiful and functional. Everything is peaceful. Janette is an extraordinary person, kind and full of good advice. We had a lovely time there.

Friendly host. Listing as described and very clean. Small enclosed lot, convenient when you have a dog like us. Quite complete amenities. We didn't have a network problem as mentioned in the other reviews but a priori it's recent and also depends on the operator. the location of the accommodation is really perfect for taking nice walks without taking the car . Easy access to the lake , village center 5min away . the accommodation is spacious , the land well fenced , our loulou loved it. Adrien is very friendly and flexible about checkout times. despite the somewhat capricious weather, we really loved our stay .

Very nice house in a chic neighborhood that directly overlooks the wild beach from the streets just behind. Direct access to the port at the end of the estate. Welcoming and friendly host. The little extra in spring is the tulips and climbing plants from the garden at the height of the view from the kitchen table. It's very pretty.

Actually, the accommodation is very good for 6 people. The kitchen is a little lacking in bags for the waste and the pans are not all optimal. Unfortunately, the neighbor who hands over the keys speaks only French. It is known that the French only speak French.

This place is a dream. The view is spectacular but the apartment is also charming, very clean, and so peaceful. We have three small children and we loved the charming city of Yvoire and especially the town bakery. We did day trips to Chamonix, Annecy, and Broc (Switzerland)—it was one of our favorite vacations!
