Separate toilet. Bathroom with shower and sink A sofa bed 2 places in the living room. Bed linen and towels not provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning is not included in the rental.

Mobilhome located in an outdoor residence 4****  . Location in a very quiet and family-friendly area, close to the pool and access to the center of Valras with its beach. The number of people indicated when booking must correspond upon check-in. Otherwise, keys will not be given back. Capacity 5 beds: - 1 bedroom with 140 bed - 1 bedroom with 140 bed + 1 removable cot for child. Each bed is equipped with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and bolsters with their protective covers. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) can be provided for an extra €20 and €10/additional bed. Cleaning carried out by guests or for a fee of €50

It's one of three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the grape variety from which a delicious sparkling white wine is made in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac has two separate bedrooms. We accept the pets for a small fee.
