The Residence is located 200 m from the city center, 3 minutes' walk from the arenas, 25 minutes' drive from the coast and 15 minutes' walk from the train station, close to all amenities.

Ideally located, this studio is composed of a main room, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen area. It is located in a very quiet residence, which overlooks a backyard. Close to all shops. Free shuttles available. Rental by the night, by the week or by the 3-week "cure" package. Towels and bed sheets provided (on request) with surcharge if less than 3 nights. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (€25). Warm welcome!

Apartment from the 70s to which we have made serious refreshment. It's very functional and it's nice to stay there. It is at the back of our garden view property. It is adjoining an apartment for 4 people and the 2 can be rented together for stays for families or stays with friends.
