We stayed in Leadville for the month of January and loved it. We wanted two things 1) the ability to work remotely; and 2) great skiing. The Wi-Fi was amazing, which made working from home a breeze. The road to Copper was never busy, and the skiing was great. We absolutely loved our stay.

Picture this: savoring rich Nespresso coffee while gazing at the breathtaking, snow-capped peaks right from the cozy living room. The hospitality was second to none—from prompt confirmations to seamless driving and entry instructions. And on a particularly frosty, snowy day, the thoughtful touch of having our vehicle and its surroundings cleared of snow truly touched our hearts. Every need was considered with winter clothing and equipment available for guests. Phil’s Place isn’t just a place to stay; it’s the quality and value needed for a perfect mountain adventure!

Perfect cozy spot to stay in Leadville! Easy parking, easy check in, thoughtful caring hosts, and a spotless studio perfectly situated to explore all of Leadville! Grateful for the easy 5 minute walk to downtown, great trail access (they live right off the mineral belt), and a home base with so many thoughtful touches and local art! Highly recommend!

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this space is! The views, the woodwork, the hospitality, and the vibes were all top tier.
