This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

I recommend, the accommodations are exactly as described and shows in the photos, amazing view. The hostess passed all the guidelines in advance and was very kind. It is well worth it.

The location of the condominium is easy to find and the reception staff was well educated. The accommodation is spacious for a couple, highlighting the comfort of the living room, the very large bathroom with a great shower and the pleasant balcony overlooking the forest, great for relaxing. We are surprised by the proximity of the beach, it really is a few meters until you put your foot in the sand. The host was always very helpful and attentive, responding to us with speed and education. We love our stay. If possible, we will return.

The accommodation was ideal for us 2 since it has 2 bathrooms which makes it easy to take a shower and leave again. The location seemed very good to me, close to downtown but far enough so that the local noises do not interrupt your rest. Ilha has areas that are on the rise and are difficult to access with the suitcase, so it is something in favor that the land to get is practically all flat, you only climb a staircase before reaching the apartment. There is air conditioning and it works very well so it is difficult to regulate, since when we turned it on we were cold and there were no blankets available, only a sheet. In turn if you turned off the air you were hot as there is high temperatures + humidity. There is a bacha and a tender that are very helpful. There are cute crockery, appliances and agreeable utensils for comfortable cooking. We were picked up at the pier which simplified us to find the place. Please note: there is a construction site next door.

the loft is beautiful and organized, it has everything you need. I spent the holiday to get away from the mess on the coast and it was a great choice, I woke up with the birds singing in the yard. Fernando is very attentive and kind. at any opportunity, I'll be back for sure!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable – right on Avenida Paulista, in the heart of everything with easy access to the metro, museums, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the building staff were very pleasant too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting São Paulo!

We arrived at the site very easily and did not have any difficulties at check in or to enter the apê. There is a mall very close by, as well as a little market in the building for those who need to buy more basic things. Daniel was super requested at all times I needed. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. I was worried because it was cold on the day but they had warm covers that catered perfectly. He thought about every detail! Our stay was very fast but it was worth the experience too much. I highly recommend!

The apartment has an excellent location, especially for those who wish to explore the center of São Paulo. It is close to several tourist and cultural attractions, with easy access to walking, public transport or apps. Communication with the hostess was very smooth, always attentive and available to help. The accommodation met expectations well. I recommend it!

The stay was wonderful. Marcos is a very receptive and super attentive person! The place is exactly as in the pictures and the environment was very clean. You could leave the pool and barbecue available until 10pm at least, come back from the beach in the late afternoon and be able to take a pool bath and eat a barbecue would be excellent

You'll find a very cool and very clean studio; you also have all the things you need for a few or many days. I stayed for 15 days and everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back! The garage for the car and the washing machine is a plus of this stay! The location is perfect! Local guaranteed!
