In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - recreation surrounded by greenery. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before hiding in the mill under the cozy ceiling.

In the heart of South Tyrol, on the sunny apple plateau of Natz-Schabs, lies the Plattnerhof in the quiet village of Viums. Here, you can relax far from the hustle and bustle and experience the authentic life of an apple farmer up close. The dishes are lovingly handmade by Mama Annemarie using products from our farm and the local region.
