The house is perfect for a few days of disconnection, it has everything you need and even some extras that are not appreciated in the photos (large jacuzzi, large screen for projector). Daniel responds quickly and gives all the facilities. The area is beautiful and although the house is in a residential area and without business, 5 minutes away is Las Navas del Marqués, which has everything We will come back for sure!

Unbeatable. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and is very cared for and very well conditioned. We were in bad weather, but the heating and insulation in the house were top notch. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. In addition, the owner gave us all kinds of instructions and facilities, apart from flexibility in check-in time. Antonio is very friendly, he is aware of everything and recommended routes and places to eat throughout the area, which is also beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend this place. It is half an hour away from Avila capital, down a good road, and less than 10 minutes away there are routes and the lake of Ciudad Ducal to enjoy nature. In the same village, Navalperal de Pinares, there are several restoration options, but above all I recommend trying La Parra's egg croquettes and potato tortillas. It is mandatory stop. If one day we return to the area we will not hesitate to repeat 🩵

The stay has been great. The apartment is cozy and furnished with all the necessities, including dishes and pots. Marina was a fantastic host and even told us places to eat and activities and places to visit in the area. There was coffee, but only coffee with milk capsules. Keep in mind if you're lactose intolerant 😅

Gustavo has been an excellent landlord, he behaved for 10 from the first minute and recommended plans and restaurants in the area and nearby villages. We were 4 people and the house is perfectly conditioned in all aspects, I highly recommend it since for quality/price and the location, which is 1 hour from Madrid, is great to disconnect a weekend.
