Al piano terra vi è un salotto con zona tv e divano letto, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cameretta con due posti letto singoli e un bagno con doccia. Un'ampia zona living e la cucina, sono situati al primo piano.  L'immobile è corredato da un terrazzo panoramico dove gli ospiti potranno rilassarsi.
