Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Le marché aux poissons et viande juste en bas a permis de cuisiner des produits extra-frais et de dîner sur la terrasse. Il est très appréciable d’avoir les essentiels à disposition : huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, lessive… La maman d’Andrianos a été très réactive à une demande. La literie est très bonne. Nous nous sommes bien reposés après de longues journées de marche. Très grande terrasse. L’appartement est central, très bien situé pour visiter tout Athènes à pied. Le quartier de psiri à ses pieds est très sympa et il y a de nombreux restaurants. Un point d’attention pour les personnes sensibles au bruit car l’appartement est en plein cœur d’un quartier très vivant et bruyant avec beaucoup de voitures. Cela peut être gênant sur la terrasse seulement.

We loved our stay! Great location. Soooo many great restaurants within a few blocks! Easy to walk to metro and easy walk to Athens main tourist attractions. Comfortably fit our family of 6. Only small issue is the dining table only fits 3 people so you have to sit in shifts. Or just go out to all the yummy restaurants! Plenty of grocery stores as well. Apartment felt like home. Gave us a feel of what it would feel like to live in Athens.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

We had just flown in from one of the islands that very same day and stayed the night here before taking an early morning flight back home the next day. Nancy was very kind to offer to pick us up and drop us back at the airport the next morning for only a fraction of what the uber/taxi cost would've been. She even offered to help us order food delivery from local restaurants after knowing we were arriving late into the evening. 10/10 host!! The airbnb was super spacious, and very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again, and would recommend to friends and family!

This place was in a great location close to acropolis and close to restaurants. It was super clean and a very nice beautiful space with lots of room. We really loved and enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. We felt very safe. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. She helped us with a few things and recommendations and we couldn’t be more thankful. She was very pleasant to meet.

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful—she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la zona era tranquilla, anche passeggiare la sera era molto bello. L’appartamento è pulito e tranquillo ed i vicini silenziosi, se dovessi tornare ad Atene ci tornerei! C’è un po’ di strada verso la metro peró è facilmente percorribile dato che piena di negozi e pianeggiante. Consiglio!

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Der Eingang der Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrassse, aber das Appartement hat helle Zimmer auf der Rückseite und besitzt einen großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Das Stadtviertel hat ein lebhaftes Flair mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Konditorei Artistan ist super. Den Gastgeber kann man sehr empfehlen.

Logement très spacieux et propre. Nous recommandons fortement d'y séjourner d'autant qu'il y a une place de parking. Un excellent séjour. Merci John.

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussichtsterrasse. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. Panos was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment is very spacious, peacefull and comfortable. The large veranda was a great outside space to relax on .There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby and the local area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again if visiting Athens.
