Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. We arrived late in the evening due to issues with the plane. Giannis had already told me that the last bit was a climb, but even in the dark everything went fine. The first days there was a lot of wind and that set the shutters of the windows in motion, but when the wind goes down, it is wonderfully quiet. We slept wonderfully every day and discovered the rest of Athens from Neo Kosmos and ate in many places that Giannis had recommended. This was our first time Athens but what a nice city! We enjoyed it wonderfully. We haven't been home much but enjoyed the beautiful views every morning and late at night. This is not a luxury stay and it is not advertised by Giannis either. Top!

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

Great apartment- we especially liked the roof terrace. Very clean with everything you could need. Good transport links to the airport and central Athens.

We stayed here for 9 days and was worth every penny. Beautiful hotel like apartment with lots of towels, as well as beach towels provided. We were even provided with a complimentary clean during our stay. It was a very quiet, salubrious area. We walked to Gylfada which took about 30 minutes. There was plenty of taxis and metro was easy to get to via taxi. Metro then took only 20 minutes into central athens. Taxis were v cheap. Would highly recommend, 5 stars for every aspect of our stay.

We loved our stay at Georgios! They were excellent hosts and were able to accommodate an early check in after our long day of flying. The Commications were excellent with Georgios and Nikolia. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area! We loved it! My wife said the bed was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view of Acropolis!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic long-term stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Neo Faliro. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and genuinely nice people. They were extremely accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Neo Faliro itself is a great area—peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to public transport, the coast, and Piraeus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially loved the large, comfortable outdoor space; we enjoyed spending time out there just as much as we did inside the apartment. Antonis was very informative and easy to communicate with. This Airbnb is right in the heart of the picturesque part of Athens and easy to walk to everything. The washer/dryer was greatly appreciated after 2 weeks of traveling Greece and the islands. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
