Monthly Rentals in Nečujam

Selma' s house is fantastisc! sometimes when you look at photos you think, this is too good to be true, but it's even better.the view from the balcony is breathtaking. the house is wel equipped.when you have a question, you got a respons within 15 minutes. My family and I had a great time in Necujam. And our boys loved the kayak. we really hope to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Antonija’s home. We were a group of 4 adults, a baby, and a dog. The house was a bit small for this size group but would be perfect for a couple with a child! The house had everything we needed and Antonija was a wonderful host. The best part of the house is definitely the outdoor space and the vicinity to the sea. We were unable to use the pool as it was too cold but during the warmer months, it is perfect! The outdoor space and grill was wonderful and well used. Necujam isn’t very pretty (the town nearby) but there are other towns driving distance to the house that are very pretty and easy to get to for groceries, wineries, restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a very relaxed vacation!

Everything is as pictured, there was everything you need, towels. I liked the place. The only thing is that there is very little entertainment on the island, you can only rent kayaks and catamarans. All entertainment in the evening is to sit down for dinner in the restaurant or have a drink at the bar. There's no place to walk.
