Monthly Rentals in Neo Kalamaki

Maria and Michael were warm and generous hosts. They gave us fruit and fine Greek specialties. They maintained contact and were very helpful with questions. The apartment is well furnished and there was nothing missing. From the large terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunrises and sunsets and the rushing sea with the long beach can be reached in 2 minutes. Kalamaki is also a great location for hikes and to get to know the region. We would immediately spend our stay in this apartment again. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful time.

We loved it! A couple of suggestions: Would be helpful to tell guests that they will park behind the building and enter the apartment from the back, not the front of the building.. Would be nice to have a lounge chair for the balcony.

Our first time in Crete, a wonderful holiday. Everyone was very welcoming from Car hire (Yours) to navigating around the Island to Kalamaki. Great hosting from Giannis backed up by the owner Maria providing a home cooked Greek speciality meal of Moussaka. Apartment was of a high standard, clean and a refreshing pool. Local area both in Kalamaki and neighbouring villages were lovely to visit. We frequented 'SeaYou' bar to watch the Euro's, wonderful hospitality here as well as all of the restaurants within the village. Lot of nice touches like starters, water, melon as deserts, the occasional shot of Raki to finish your meal went down a treat. Matala beach was amazing, decent waves and lovely water to swim and relax in. We were after a relaxing holiday, being able to stay near the seaside and even listen to the waves from the apartment was a bonus. Everything you needed within a short walk was a refreshing change. Family loved this holiday. Thank you.

it is just as it's described. three verandas facing different directions so you can enjoy the sun or not. beautiful views of the sunset, sea and mountains. will definitely return 👍👍
