On our property, you will find animals, a vegetable garden, and cozy spots. The area is perfect for recreation along dikes, rivers, and floodplains. Want to retreat to your trailer or the hammock? Then you've also come to the right place with us. Everything is nice and back-to-basic, but everything you need is there.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling, and for rest and relaxation. For a stay in nature, you don't have to sacrifice anything in luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of!
