Enjoy a unique overnight stay in the “Carpe Diem” caravan, located in a quiet spot near the water at Camping Lyts Aldwald. This is a small-scale recreation park in Aldwald, situated in the beautiful Frisian coulissen landscape. At about 30 metres, you will find the waterway, from which you can easily take a boat to Lauwersmeer or Dokkum. This year, our Royal Couple will be celebrating King's Day in Dokkum. Our trailer is located 10 km from Dokkum. Ideal for socializing and then unwinding afterwards.

Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

B&B Aan de Bosrand

Volop genieten van de rust en de natuur doe je in mijn B&B. Deze met zorg ingerichte pipowagen staat aan de bosrand, achterin ons weiland. Je hebt hier volledige privacy en bent helemaal alleen. Je kunt heerlijk buiten douchen. Omringd door de natuur vergeet je de drukte van de dag en kom je helemaal tot jezelf. De zonnepanelen op het dak voorzien de wagen van stroom, met het off-the-grid toilet heb je alle nodige voorzieningen binnen handbereik. In de buitenkeuken kun je een maaltijd bereiden.

Unieke overnachting in een pipowagen Altijd al eens willen overnachten in een knusse pipowagen? Dat kan op onze gezellige mini camping, gelegen vlakbij het sfeervolle stadje Dokkum! De pipowagen is sfeervol ingericht en geschikt voor twee personen. Je beschikt over: - een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed - beddengoed - een koelkastje - twee handdoeken - en toegang tot het nette sanitairgebouw op het terrein. Geniet van de rust stap je zo op de fiets om de mooie Friese omgeving te ontdekken.

The small cottage

Het kleine huisje staat bij ons achter op het veld met een weids uitzicht. Parkeren kan bij ons voor op het erf, bij ons ander gastenverblijf. Via een stenen paadje kom je bij de stacaravan. Als het wat kouder wordt, kun je de houtkachel aansteken en je heerlijk opwarmen bij het vuur. Er is een ingerichte keuken met een twee pits gasstel. Alles is daar basic, dus geen luxe dingen. Het toilet is een droogtoilet, en er is geen douche aanwezig. Wel een wastafel met warm en koud water.

Met de prachtige uiterwaarden om de hoek is dit dé plek om te dwalen, ontdekken en tot rust te komen. Geniet van het buitenleven met een vleugje luxe: jouw eigen stukje tuin en het comfort van glamping – kamperen, maar dan nét even fijner. Zin in extra ontspanning? De sauna is optioneel bij te boeken voor €17,50 per uur. Even weg. Even opladen. Gewoon hier. ✨

On the edge of a small-scale nature campsite is the Loeloe Pipo wagon with a beautiful view over water and farmland. Hear the bird sounds and watch the deer, horses or sheep on the land. Romantically decorated with a covered terrace so you can also sit outside in less nice weather. The caravan has a kitchen with fridge, gas stove and electric heating. Toilet and shower are in the small toilet building nearby. Showering is with a coin of 0.50 for hot water.

The gypsy wagon is on a large deck and overlooks the coulissen landscape. With a fresh cup of coffee and the birds in the background, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature.
