Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

You live in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that translates you (on the WE's & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Alle 10min fährt die S3 von Wilhelmshagen direkt einmal durch Berlin und ermöglicht so die perfekte Anbindung am Stadtrand. Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.
