We’re based at the ‘end of the world’, at the foot of the imposing Bischofsmütze, and rent out our newly built flat on the top floor. The view takes in the forests and the Gosaukamm. Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Vacation apartment in the former sauna house

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy.
