In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the greater highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. Vacation at the estate by the lake

The newly renovated 45 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house on a partially renovated courtyard. It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights. Outside there is a barbecue available if necessary, a huge meadow with orchard, creek and access to the lake, optional with sauna use, please contact me separately for this.

In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.

The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house captivates with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. The lake can be reached on foot in about 500 m. On the property there is free parking, a fire pit and a private playground.
