Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect. Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has levied an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's New Zealand, only 20 minutes by car away from Leipzig. In apartment 8, the wooden terrace facing south and east has a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.
