From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

You can use it as a starting point to get to know the surrounding area such as the Siebengebirge, Rhine Valley and Westerwald, as well as Bonn and Cologne. You can also work undisturbed and in peace here.

The apartment is stylish, high quality and fully furnished and is wonderful for a short as well as for a longer period. Laundry can be washed, dried and ironed if necessary. The apartment 23 m2, with terrace (about 40 m2) is located in the annex of the main house, has a separate entrance and is equipped with every comfort (kitchen, luxurious bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi) Home office is easily possible with me. It can accommodate 2 pers. +todoor.
