Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826. We offer on the second floor of a mansion, a separate apartment comprising 2 bedrooms (with a bed 140 in one bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the other), a living room (with a sofa click-clac for 2 people) that can thus accommodate up to 6 people, a bathroom with bath, a kitchen. Parking space is available in front of the house. We can provide bed linen and towels for a surcharge of €5/person.
